This opportunity is more than managing daily operations. It is an opportunity to lead people, optimize processes, drive automation, strengthen financial controls, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver measurable results.
You will work at the intersection of finance, technology, operational excellence, and leadership, helping transform the way cash application is managed across the organization.
Because your next opportunity is not just about managing a process—it is about leading transformation, developing people, and creating lasting business impact.
What You'll Do

- Managing team capacity, workload distribution, and staffing priorities to meet business objectives.
- Overseeing the daily application of customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, lockbox transactions, and credit card payments.
- Ensuring timely and accurate posting of cash while minimizing unapplied and misapplied cash.
- Monitoring aging balances and driving timely resolution of outstanding cash application items.
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Supporting internal and external audit activities while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Identifying control gaps and implementing corrective actions that strengthen governance.
- Partnering closely with Credit & Collections, Finance, Invoice-to-Cash Centers of Excellence, banking partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Serving as the primary escalation point for complex cash application issues and customer payment discrepancies.
- Driving automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual processing.
- Supporting system enhancements, transition activities, and integration projects that strengthen finance operations.
- Monitoring operational metrics, analyzing performance trends, and providing insights that support better business decisions.
What Will Help You Thrive
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy leading people, improving financial processes, and building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional business results.
We would love to meet you if you bring:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and process optimization.
