Smartly is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Mexico City. As we continue to expand our commercial presence in Mexico, you'll play a key role in helping enterprise brands and agencies understand how Smartly's platform can solve complex marketing challenges. Working closely with Account Executives, you'll combine technical expertise with a consultative approach to design tailored solutions, demonstrate platform capabilities, and help customers realize the value of Smartly across creative, media, and intelligence.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, marketing workflows, and business challenges.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that showcase how Smartly's platform supports advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and other digital media platforms.
- Design scalable platform solutions that align with customers' marketing strategies, operating models, and technical requirements.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to develop solution strategies, respond to RFPs, and support complex enterprise opportunities.
- Advise prospective customers on best practices for campaign automation, creative workflows, catalog management, and media optimization.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
- Share customer insights and market feedback to help shape go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities for product improvement within the Mexican market.
- Strong experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or a similar customer-facing pre-sales role within AdTech, MarTech, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, campaign management, automation, APIs, catalog integrations, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Ability to design technical solutions that address customer business objectives while balancing scalability and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to build trusted customer relationships throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth environment where new processes, playbooks, and market strategies continue to evolve.
- Experience with the Smartly platform, performance marketing, digital agencies, or the Mexican advertising ecosystem is a plus.
