The Digital Product Manager – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of digital products focused on improving equipment health, performance, and cost efficiency across Clarios. This role serves as the bridge between business needs and technology execution, ensuring digital solutions deliver measurable value to operations and enterprise outcomes.
Product Strategy & Vision

Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Asset Management digital solutions.

Align product direction with enterprise goals and operational priorities.

Act as the voice of the customer to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.
Product Development & Delivery

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement.

Lead internal and external technology teams to deliver prioritized features.

Utilize agile, lean, and traditional project management methodologies to drive execution.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with executive stakeholders to define business outcomes and translate them into product requirements.
