Responsibilities:

Support new product introduction, design changes, process improvements, and test procedures.

Monitoring and tracking of bone pile.

Follow-up on work order closures.

Monitor technology trends and market demand for project planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feasibility, cost, and customer requirements.

Develop budgets, forecast costs, and contribute to strategic and AOP planning.

Define material, equipment, and manpower needs.

Prioritize and manage production schedules to meet customer demand.

Coordinate with planning, distribution, and other functions.

Recruit, develop, and manage production personnel.

Ensure manufacturing performance meets quality and cost targets.

Resolve complex operational issues and support decision-making.

Manage budgets and production schedules.
-
Maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Lead negotiations and resolve conflicts to meet plant objectives.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in operations.
-
Strong expertise in manufacturing or related technical areas (Backend/ SMT).
-
Advanced leadership, process management, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Knowledge of multiple manufacturing processes and cross-functional dependencies.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
