We’re looking for a caring, driven, and bilingual Intake Specialist to be the first voice our potential clients hear. In this role, you'll listen closely, ask the right questions, and help people understand how our services can support them. You'll be a key part of creating a positive first experience while guiding clients through the intake process with clarity and compassion.
What You Bring:
- At least one year of experience in sales.
- A strong desire to help others and create a positive impact
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Empathy and patience when listening to clients and their stories
- A team-focused mindset with professionalism and respect
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized
- A positive attitude and resilience when things don’t go as planned
