Apply and interpret audit and compliance requirements.
Coordinate the transportation and distribution of goods.
Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying solutions to reduce transportation, warehousing, and logistics costs.
Supervise and manage personnel, providing training and development opportunities to the team to achieve performance objectives.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Negotiate with logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the Annex 24 system.
Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of certifications and permits applicable to the IMMEX program.
Responsible for the management, preparation, control, and retention of international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, import/export customs declarations (pedimentos), execution of virtual inventory discharges, Bills of Lading, In-Bond documentation, and other related documents.

Experiencia y requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain management, export management, customs compliance, and the administration of 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
5-7 years of experience in a management role with demonstrated leadership skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal
