We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our operations. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics Requirements:
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- English Advanced level.
- High School graduated.
- Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
- Fair written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
- Problem solving abilities.
Type of work:
- On-site. Internal - General Use
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general/rotative shift but 24/7 availability).
