Requirements
Must-have experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
3+ years of experience in an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages.
Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Hands-on experience with API testing using tools and frameworks such as REST Assured and Postman.
Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test strategy development, and quality engineering practices.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with version control systems, including Git.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Quality-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Nice-to-have experience
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or similar technologies.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
Experience implementing shift-left testing and continuous testing strategies.
Exposure to modern test automation tools, frameworks, and emerging quality engineering practices.
