POSCO International E-Mobility México is looking for Junior Production Supervisors to support daily production operations at our manufacturing facility.
This position is ideal for engineering professionals with experience in shop-floor operations who are ready to take the next step into a leadership role within the automotive industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and support production operators.
- Assign personnel to production lines and monitor attendance and safety compliance.
- Track production performance and support achievement of daily production targets.
- Coordinate production resources, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide on-site support to production teams as operational needs require.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience in shop-floor operations or production management.
- Experience in manufacturing or automotive environments is preferred.
- Availability to work 4x3 shift schedule
Knowledge
- ERP or SAP knowledge is preferred.
- CKD control experience is an advantage.
Languages
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
