You as, Analyst, Purchasing; will be responsible for the procurement of all material classified as MRO and services for the site, required to satisfy the company’s objectives; this position requires procurement skills in accordance with company policies following standards and procedures.

It starts with the creation of shopping carts, the purchase of indirect materials such as packing, machinery parts, equipment, tools as well as any other identified service, to each one of the value chain areas

Handles purchase orders from each Value Stream

Supervise the open purchase orders and the registration of receipt of goods and provisions in each of them.

Review invoices from the tool crib.

Coordinates with Finance Department the revision of flow of invoices related to MRO materials and services.

Responsible to storage contracts for the MRO department

Works as a bridge with supplier and internal customers

Provide customer service for services or indirect parts quotations & purchases.

Support different saving projects.
What will you bring?

Administrative bachelor’s degree or engineering.
-
1 to 2 years’ experience in assistant activities, import export or similar. This role demands strong communication and skills in handling relationships within the organization, together with knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Communication and internal customer service skills, along with proficiency in enterprise resource planning and Microsoft software, are required for this position.
