Sales Representative — AI Training Programs & Higher Education
Location: centro CDMX· Type: Full-time · Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We're hiring driven, persuasive salespeople to enroll students into our AI training programs, bootcamps, and higher education offerings. You'll connect with prospective students in the US by phone, understand their goals, and guide them toward the program that fits their future. If you love sales, believe in education, and want earnings tied to your effort, this role is built for you.
This is a phone-first sales role: most of your day is spent talking to warm leads, following up, and closing enrollments.
What You'll Sell
- AI training programs and Bootcamps for Higher Education — practical, career-focused Courses with certifications and intensive skill development in applied artificial intelligence for businesses.
Compensation
We reward performance. Top closers earn well above base.
- Base salary: US $800 - $1,000 / month
- Commission: 15% per sale — approximately $500 per program enrolled
- Uncapped earnings: the more you close, the more you make
Example: Close 6 enrollments in a month → $1,000 base + ~$3,000 commission = ~$4,000/month. Hit 10 and you're past $6,000.
Remote vs. Hybrid
- Remote — work from anywhere with a reliable connection
- Hybrid — split time between home and our office, at a higher base pay rate than fully remote
You choose the model that fits you; hybrid reps earn more.
What We're Looking For
- Professional-level English proficiency required
- Proven phone or call center sales experience (education, services, or B2C a plus)
- Strong closing skills and comfort working toward targets
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening
- Self-motivated, organized, and consistent in follow-up
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet (for remote)
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic sales tools
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in education, AI, or tech
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience selling high-consideration or higher-ticket programs
