Main Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer support via email, phone, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on orders, requests, and complaints until resolution.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Record and update information in the company’s system.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the department.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (minimum 1 year, preferred).
- Excellent spelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and office software.
- Strong service-oriented attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Schedule availability and commitment.
