Accountant Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- English proficiency REQUIRED.
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Activities
- Prepare and review accounting entries and supporting documentation.
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor fixed assets and related accounting records.
- Support accounts payable and intercompany accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial information and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within accounting processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting documentation and records.
