Responsabilidades:
Asegurar la correcta planeación de la producción con base en los pedidos de los clientes y la capacidad de la planta
Preservar la rentabilidad del negocio manteniendo el control de las compras de materia prima y materiales; que estén dentro de presupuesto y que cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad
Asegurar el control, administración y correcto almacenaje de la materia prima y de los materiales para evitar desperdicios y gastos inesperados
Participar en juntas con sus Homologo de Planta para ajustar y comunicar operación, planes y presupuestos.
Dar seguimiento a los indicadores de las áreas a cargo para detectar hallazgos y solucionarlos
Asegurar el soporte técnico y necesario para el buen desempeño de las áreas a cargo y por ende, sus resultados
Proponer y establecer programas de mejora Continua
Participar en las actividades de investigación y desarrollo de productos nuevos y la optimización de los existentes
Desarrollar estrategias para la optimización de los procesos
Acelerar, facilitar y mecanizar la producción del negocio
Administrar las tareas del personal a su cargo
Proveer orientación positiva a sus subalternos
Implantar iniciativas para impulsar la eficiencia
Preparar los presupuestos del departamento
Facilitar los recursos necesarios para optimizar las operaciones del negocio
Formular procedimientos para cada proceso y promover su implementación
Promover la cultura empresarial de la organización
Requisitos:
Bilingüe - Ingles avanzado
Estudios en: Administración, Ingeniería o Afín
Programas computacionales: Office intermedio y Excel avanzado
Manejo de personal, Comunicación asertiva, Toma de decisiones, Negociación,
Proactividad y Liderazgo
Conocimientos Obligatorio: Programas informáticos, gestión de recursos, Lean Manufacturing, Oracle
Experiencia laboral Obligatorios: 5 años en puesto similar, Capacidad de planificar procesos y actividades logísticas, experiencia en la gestión de cadenas de abastecimiento, capacidad estratégica, habilidades en el manejo de herramientas tecnológicas
Deseable: Gerencia, manejo de recursos, gestión presupuestaria, liderazgo de equipos
