What You Will Earn

What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering premium customer service experiences via phone in both English and Spanish
- Resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Identifying sales opportunities and generating uncapped commissions through cross-selling
- Managing customer information accurately in internal databases
- Representing Foundever's commitment to excellence on every interaction
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma completed (physical certificate required)
- 18 years old or older
- Advanced English — fluent speaking, reading and writing
- Full availability Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (8-hour workday + 2 days off)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales or Technical Support — preferred
- Computer skills, database handling and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask
- Living within 90 minutes of Centrum Park, Tlalnepantla de Baz, Estado de México
