Key Responsibilities
Platform Expertise

Act as SME across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), and EA modules

Provide best practice guidance to design and build teams
Quality Assurance

Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards
Technical & Data Validation

Review CMDB structure, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models

Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations
-
Support complex decisions across module intersections
Delivery Support

Support UAT defect triage and prioritization
-
Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns
Go-Live & Transition

Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness

Support hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
