About the role
As a Loyalty Commercial Lead - Retail, Hospitality & Lifestyle you are responsible for leading one of Doters’ most diverse and high-impact verticals, covering partnerships across retail (e.g., Coppel), hospitality (e.g., hotels), food delivery (e.g., Rappi), and digital entertainment (e.g., Disney+). The role plays a critical function in driving daily point activity, deepening ecosystem engagement, and unlocking new monetization opportunities through consumer-facing brands.
This position requires strategic thinking, broad commercial range, and the ability to manage complex, multi-touchpoint partnerships with both national and global partners. The Retail, Hospitality & Lifestyle vertical is essential for building loyalty frequency and relevance beyond core travel categories — and turning everyday spend into scalable commercial value.
Your deliverables will include:
- Architect and own the commercial strategy across lifestyle categories — identifying how each partner type (e.g., Rappi, Disney+, Coppel, Marriott) can drive point activity, engagement, and profitability
- Design loyalty use cases that maximize commercial outcomes — including merchant-funded offers, digital gift card redemptions, subscription bundling, and cobranded promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations, partnership governance, and executive-level engagement with key stakeholders and C-level counterparts.
- Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support new partnerships, portfolio expansion, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution.
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, partnership performance, and financial metrics, identifying risks and driving strategic actions to optimize business results.
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- 3–6+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, category management, or loyalty programs across retail, hospitality, e-commerce, or digital entertainment.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, including sales strategy, partner management, and executive presentations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate business performance, market opportunities, and commercial data.
- Experience in ecommerce, loyalty programs, cobrand products, or partnerships is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and interact with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations, priorities, and negotiations in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
