What will you do?

Support manufacturing improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process optimization opportunities.

Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
What qualifications will make you successful?

Currently Studying a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, graduating in December 2027 or later.

Communicate in English, spoken and written.

Ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.

Strong initiative, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
