Quality Management System Technician are responsible for manage the ESD and calibration logs, create process audits & document reports in order to be deploy continuous improvement activities. QMS Technician help during the internal and external ISO & IATF audits in order to meet one of the customer requirements.
Requirements
- +1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Electronic or Automotive industries experience.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial or Electronic Engineering or any related field.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ESD ANSI:2020
Responsibilities
- Perform process audits according to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Perform Work instruction audits in order to ensure that the documents displayed in shop floor are sealed and controlled, also that the production personnel use them during the manufacturing process.
- Perform audits between PFD vs PFMEA vs Control plan, in order to ensure those documents match and show the current process information.
- Perform the ESD verification/Validation on the hole site in order to meet ANSI 2020 requirements and administrate all the ESD consumables, material, equipment deployment on shop floor.
- Manage the administration of the Calibration log, in order to have all the equipment calibrated and meet ISO 9001 requirements.
- Manage the ESD, material handling, Calibration, DCC and 8D trainings.
- Administration and control of QMS documents and records.
- Maintenance and updating of procedures, formats, and work instructions.
