Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Dispatcher Specialist with experience in logistics and transportation, responsible for coordinating operations, managing routes, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients.
Requirements
- Chinese language proficiency (required)
- Intermediate English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding companies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of route planning, driver coordination, and customer service
- Experience with TMS systems and logistics platforms (preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Proactive attitude and results-driven mindset
