Responsabilidades
En colaboración directa con el Supervisor de Palas, tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Realizar inspecciones, reparaciones y actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en palas de aerogeneradores.
- Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de equipos subcontratados durante las campañas de reparación de palas.
- Completar, actualizar y mantener la documentación técnica y administrativa asociada a las intervenciones realizadas.
- Medir, registrar y reportar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y objetivos del área.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente (SSMA).
- Actuar como ejemplo en materia de seguridad, promoviendo comportamientos seguros, reconociendo buenas prácticas e interviniendo ante situaciones o actos inseguros.
- Mantener una actitud proactiva en la identificación y prevención de riesgos, proponiendo mejoras y recomendaciones a sus superiores.
- Fomentar una cultura de seguridad y prevención dentro del equipo de trabajo.
- Apoyar en tareas administrativas, control de materiales y actividades de almacén cuando sea necesario.
Requisitos
- Titulación en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electromecánica o Electrónica. También se valorará Formación Profesional de Grado Superior o equivalente, combinada con experiencia relevante en reparación de palas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en altura y en condiciones climáticas variables o adversas.
- Certificación vigente en trabajos verticales (IRATA o SPRAT).
- Se valorará experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en mantenimiento de aerogeneradores o en actividades relacionadas con energía eólica.
- Nivel de inglés suficiente para comprender y consultar manuales técnicos. No es imprescindible un nivel avanzado de comunicación oral o escrita, aunque será considerado un valor añadido.
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos y trabajo en campo.
- Orientación a la seguridad, trabajo en equipo, responsabilidad y compromiso con la calidad del servicio.
- Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en un sector innovador y en constante crecimiento.
- Aplicación interna disponible hasta dia 23/07 es necesario antes de la aplicación hablar con el líder actual.
