We are looking for an organized, results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our IT and software development projects. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our projects on track, on budget, and within scope. You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to coordinate timelines, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery from kickoff to launch. Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned with business objectives

Help allocate engineering resources effectively across active projects

Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization

Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks

Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to leadership before they affect deadlines

Serve as the central point of contact for project status updates

Provide regular, transparent, and concise progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership

Monitor day-to-day project progress to ensure key milestones are met

Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams
Requirements
-
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles

At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more employees

At least 2 full-cycle project participation experiences, or involvement in several projects covering different phases of the development lifecycle

Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), with experience in both Traditional (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum methodologies highly desirable

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results without direct authority

Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet

PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a strong asset

Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
