Architecture IT Manager (SAP)
Location: Puebla (On site)
The Challenge:
To be the lead ERP solution architect. It will lead, shape, and deliver the appropriate technology solutions utilising SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP SuccessFactors, and contribute to the delivery of the Group IT Strategy.
Key Roles and Responsabilities:
- Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance throughout the lifecycle of the ERP transformation
- Co-lead the ‘SAP Design Authority’ – working alongside our delivery and support partner(s).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to define future-state architecture.
- Ensure various applications and systems perform to user expectations and continuously evolved, improved and maintained.
- Contribute to ensuring all IT change is appropriately governed and aligns to application roadmaps and the overall IT Strategy, Standards and Practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full professional English
- SAP experience
Experience and Skills:
- Operating in an international environment
- More than five years in previous design/architecture roles
- Ability to lead teams and resources in a matrix structure
- A strong focus on ‘cloud’ technologies, preferably AWS
