Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher – Weekend Shift
Location: Mérida, Yucatán, México

GuideOn Group of Merida is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to support our weekend transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign freight loads to drivers and ensure efficient load coverage.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers throughout the delivery process.
- Monitor shipment progress and delivery timelines.
- Respond quickly to delays, route changes, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth freight operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational deadlines.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (professional and conversational).
- Experience in dispatch or logistics (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $6,000 MXN gross per month
- Performance-based salary review after the first 3 months
- Full legal benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), etc.).
Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
