The People Ops Intern provides operational and administrative support to the People team, ensuring the proper execution and control of documentation processes, systems management, record keeping, employee files, and internal communications. This role is key to maintaining order, compliance, traceability, and efficiency within the department.

Maintain and update physical and digital employee files

Ensure full documentation compliance for hires, terminations, and employee changes.

Coordinate contract signatures and official documentation.

Keep People databases updated and accurate.

Safeguard confidential and sensitive information.

Support data entry and updates in Sincron and internal systems..

Generate basic operational reports as needed.

Follow up on internal People-related tickets and requests.

Support onboarding processes (documentation checklist, coordination, logistics).

Support offboarding processes (exit checklist, documentation closure, file archiving).

Track contract renewals and expiration dates.

Assist during internal audits and documentation reviews.

Support distribution of internal communications.

Update directories, policies, and shared documents.

Coordinate operational reminders and announcements.

Assist with internal initiatives (events, campaigns, surveys).

Maintain structured and organized physical and digital filing systems.

Propose improvements to documentation processes.

Ensure compliance with document retention policies.

HRBP: Support strategic documentation and reporting needs.

People Generalist: Assist with employee lifecycle processes.

People Ops Administrative: Coordinate administrative and documentation tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in administrative or HR-related roles.

Experience handling documentation and databases.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Basic knowledge of HR processes.

Experience with HRIS-Sincron systems is a plus.
