Fulfillment Manager (Remote)
We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Fulfillment Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of client content and media assets. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards while developing scalable systems and workflows that drive consistent results.
The ideal candidate has experience managing content production operations, creating SOPs, improving processes, and leveraging AI tools and automations to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content production and fulfillment workflows.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
- Coordinate podcast, video, and social media content production.
- Improve operational efficiency through AI tools and automations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and workflow performance.
Requirements
Fluent English required
Advanced experience with:
- Video podcast and content production workflows
- Content marketing (YouTube, podcasts, and social media)
- SOP creation and process documentation
Intermediate experience with:
- ClickUp project management
- Budget and COGS management
- AI workflow integration and automation
- Quality control and editorial review
- Google Workspace and Slack
- ClickUp automations, Slack automations, and AI-driven reporting
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST
