You support our team as
- Support the Business Group's teams by managing Payroll’s definitions / codes, scheduling, tax and deduction definitions to ensure accurate payroll runs
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Total Rewards, Workforce Administration and Global Mobility representatives to ensure alignment on data quality standards and secure consistent payroll outcomes
- Support Payroll policy / process / learning material creation, and maintain the knowledge management system, ensuring all content is relevant and up to date
- Extract and manage employee information to complete various internal reports according to the needs of the Business Groups.
- Perform pre-payroll and production activities to process Payroll
- Review third-party delivery and provide feedback (Assuming this refers to off-cycle adjustments or vendor-managed corrections) Conduct post-run verifications to ensure data consistency
- Report verification results to the Payroll Manager to support payroll efficiency and quality management
- Generate and manage reports required by other units within the Business Groups and Third-Party entities to ensure proper payroll cycle closure.
- Ensure the consistent following of controls and governance to support accuracy and compliance including but not limited to the performance of data reviews, maintaining up to date legislative and regulatory knowledge IMSS, FONACOT, INFONAVIT, ISN, CFDI and internal and third-party reconciliations (Voucher food, Saving found).
- Collaborate with Finance teams that require payroll outcome details to ensure proper documentation and transmission of payroll information to the general ledger.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution aligned with policy and process standards
- Prepare and reconcile internal payroll data and reports, ensuring compliance with local tax authorities and customers’ requirements.
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits.
- Support other projects and ad-hoc activities.
- 4+ years of payroll and HR Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field. Has an extensive background in accounting and/or finance.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and policies for Mexico (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN & CFDI)
- Ability to organize and arrange workload to meet objectives

- English skills (Intermediate, capable of reading and answer technical manuals)
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel: complex formulas, data cross-referencing, pivot tables, nested formulas and Word)
- Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment and ability to drive continuous process improvements.
- ADP Payroll Modules (SAP HCM – administrator experience)
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to track and report learning metrics using Excel, dashboards.
- Understanding of Workday HCM and its integration with ADP payroll systems.
