At Goldstein Immigration Lawyers, we help people navigate the complexities of US immigration law — a process that can feel overwhelming, intimidating, or just plain confusing. Many of the people who reach out to us begin the journey but stall before taking the next step. That's where you come in.
We're looking for an organized, warm, and persistent Bilingual Follow-Up Specialist to reconnect with prospective clients, answer their questions, and help them get back on our attorneys' calendars. You'll be the reassuring voice that turns hesitation into action—with patience and genuine care.
What You'll Do
- Reconnect with prospective clients by phone, text, and email—especially those who haven't finished their intake paperwork or said they "need to think about it."
- Listen with empathy to clients' questions and concerns, and clearly explain why booking a consultation is a smart next step.
- Re-engage quiet leads through consistent, respectful, and friendly outreach.
- Own the CRM, logging every conversation so no one falls through the cracks.
What You Bring
- Bilingual fluency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with a confident, empathetic phone presence.
- Resilient follow-up: You don't take an unanswered call personally, and you know how to be persistent without being pushy.
- Tech-savvy & detail-oriented: Comfortable working in a CRM with a sharp eye for accurate, thorough notes.
- Flexibility: Available for a 4-hour daily shift that flexes across EST and PST business hours.
