Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) – Call Center
We are currently looking for a motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional conversations
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
What We Offer:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
