Successful candidates have come in with a wide variety of backgrounds, including retail, call center, sales, administrative, and customer service experience. Responsibilities
● Sell the company's products to current and new accounts using phone, text, chat, and email.
● Guide customers through training, product education and learning.
● Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
● Support high levels of customer satisfaction through interactions cross-departmental.
● Maintain accurate records and reporting in MS Office systems, RingCentral and others.
Qualifications / Skills
● Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience (1+ years).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Spanish.
● Strong phone presence and quick connection skills.
● Proficient in writing and accurate typing. Energetic and self-motivated.
● Quick learner and adaptable. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
● Comfortable with technology.
● Positive attitude and passion for helping both customers and team member
