FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management and certification.
- Coordinate compliance with CTPAT requirements related to physical security, asset protection, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements regarding the environment, safety, and occupational health.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and safety walks.
- Coordinate investigations of incidents, accidents, and corrective actions.
- Manage EHS training and awareness programs.
- Monitor performance indicators and improvement plans.
- Coordinate drills and emergency response plans.
- Participate in audits conducted by clients and certification bodies.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems.
- ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

- Assessment of environmental risks and aspects.
- Management of contractors and visitors.
- Coordination and support for internal and external audits.
- Management of safety and environmental performance indicators (KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- English (presentations and written work in English).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive, metalworking, or industrial sectors.
