ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a part of the pre-sales team within LATAM. You will be working with Group-IB customers and partners around the whole region to ensure a successful understanding of Group-IB products and services. As a technical advisor to the client, you will have to make sure about the successful operation of solutions and provide both technical and sales support to the team.
YOUR MISSION
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), scoping & architecting solutions including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD); building BOQ; writing proposals; and delivering product-specific presentations, technical training & seminars for channel partners and clients.
- Build strategic relationships with various internal stakeholders, including field sales, channel and partners managers, and other pre-sales professionals, engineering teams, and marketing to drive, generate and support business development activities.
- Provide strong client engagement as a trusted advisor to understand technical & business objectives and mapping them with Group-IB's products
- Define and manage client expectations regarding the outcomes and deliverables of proposed services and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within the target customers; this include but not limited to presenting and articulating our value proposition to customers at all levels within the organization both technical and business audience (including C-levels)
- Preparation of project documentation, including the sales bid process by responding to complex RFIs & RFPs.
- Understand Group-IB's product implementation architecture and successfully transfer this knowledge to customers and partners.
- Project Management and tracking of pre-sale activities.
- A major focus will be on the full portfolio offered by Group-IB.
- Ensure the proper operation of the solution during pilots and subscription set up by aligning with client's use-cases, success criteria, integration needs, post sales support etc.
- Become a true expert with Group-IB's solutions to best qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Interact with Product Management teams to provide feedback from clients about product requirements & features enhancement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
- Understand the full sales cycle and be able to support it whenever its required
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity Pre-sales role.
- General understanding of the most popular Cybersecurity and fraud standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, PCI, etc.
- General understanding about existing cybersecurity regulations around LATAM or at least the home country.
- In-depth awareness about the cybersecurity and fraud market landscape, including leading vendors and evolving technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with the ability to be the opportunity owner, taking the lead and working with cross-functional teams including professional services, product management, sales, pre-sales, engineers, etc. to ensure the technical win of each opportunity.
- Strong passion for cybersecurity and high-tech technologies.
- Have a high level understanding about other cybersecurity and fraud-related technologies and fundamental concepts such as: NTA, IPS/IDS, Firewalls, Email Security, Sandboxing, Antivirus/EDR, XDR, Threat Intelligence platforms, Transactional Risk Engines, etc.
- Comfortable with concepts like threat hunting and incident response in an operational Security Operations Center (SOC) environment.
Understand the principles of cybersecurity and anti-fraud technologies currently used at an enterprise level.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in both the Spanish and English languages.
