Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC (End User Computing) Support Engineer – Level 1 to provide on-site technical support for end users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and 3-4 years of experience in IT/EUC support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and business applications.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and coordinate escalations.
- Perform hardware replacement, imaging, and user access management.
- Support printers, scanners, conference equipment, and office IT tools.
- Assist with VPN issues, account access, and connectivity problems.
- Log and close tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira).
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Mexico.
- Communication in English & Spanish at Level -2 minimum.
- 3-4 years of experience in EUC or IT Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and end-user devices.
- Experience with printers, peripherals, and AD user management.
- Familiarity with ITSM systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site support tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
- Understanding of ITIL frameworks
