Job Description:
As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you will play an important role in helping our Mountain and Mid-West District Sales Team deliver a strong customer experience and win business across these regions. You’ll partner closely you’re your Commercial Territory Managers to support quotes, bids, orders, and follow-through that keep projects moving. This role offers a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career path into commercial sales.

Create and manage daily customer quotations with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.

Support plan-and-spec opportunities by coordinating with house accounts and helping move bids through the sales process.

Enter and maintain orders while helping manage the delivery process to ensure customers receive timely, accurate support.

Own and maintain the weekly bid schedule, helping the team stay organized and on deadline.

Prioritize projects and communicate bid timelines clearly while coordinating responsibilities and priorities with Commercial Territory Managers.

Manage quote follow-up activities, including weekly open quote reporting, CRM updates, and coordination with third-party vendors.

Assist with credit and collection activities by partnering across teams to resolve issues and support smooth order processing.

Help manage the order credit approval process to minimize delays and reduce past-due orders.

Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, helping reduce manual overrides and improve order quality.

Coordinate quotes and orders within established guidelines while supporting strong execution across the district.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

At least 1 year of related experience in sales support, customer service, operations, or a similar fast-paced environment.

Ability to read blueprints
- Strong relationship-building, listening, persuasion, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Working knowledge of sales principles and methods, including product positioning, customer engagement, and effective follow-through.

A customer-first mindset, with the ability to understand needs, provide quality support, and build trust.

Confidence communicating with internal partners, customers, and vendors in a clear and professional way.

Industry or product knowledge is helpful, especially in HVAC, construction, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, along with strong attention to detail and organization.
