We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for overseeing and strengthening Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and promoting a positive, high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with management to implement Human Resources strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Develop, analyze, and monitor Human Resources metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support talent development initiatives, labor relations, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with NOM-035 and the Chair Law.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
