Inside Sales Representative (Fully Remote — Latin America)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Role Overview
Are you a high-energy sales professional who loves the thrill of closing deals and building a pipeline? We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base by promoting our high-quality outdoor clothing products to past and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Proactively reach out to past and potential clients via phone, email, and cold calling.
- Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term B2B relationships with customers.
- Pipeline Management: Generate new leads, follow up consistently with prospects, and effectively move them through the sales funnel.
- Product Promotion: Clearly articulate the value, features, and benefits of our outdoor clothing and apparel lines.
- Close Sales: Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and hit or exceed your performance targets.
Position Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of recent, verifiable work experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment (cold calling, business development, or B2B sales preferred).
- Language: Advanced, near-native English communication skills (both verbal and written) are strictly required. You must be fully comfortable conducting high-level sales conversations entirely in English.
- Location: Must permanently reside in a Latin American country.
- Mindset: A self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient attitude with a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Tech Setup: A reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a dependable computer with a quality headset.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience specifically within B2B Sales.
- A personal interest in or knowledge of outdoor apparel, sporting goods, or the outdoor lifestyle.
