About the team
Our centralized finance organization provides day-to-day operational support to business teams and employees across key functions including Order-To-Cash, Record-To-Report, and Payroll. The team delivers high-quality financial services spanning invoicing start-up, order management, billing and invoicing, collections, cash applications, journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, payroll processing, reporting, tax, and compliance. By enabling timely operational and strategic decisions, the organization continuously evaluates policies, processes, and procedures to drive enhancements and optimize both internal and external client experience.
About the Role
As a Finance Analyst focused on Payroll, you will support payroll operations for Mexico, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with internal policies and local requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support payroll reporting and issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with payroll experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellent support to internal stakeholders.
- Support payroll processing activities for Mexico, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Assist in the review and validation of payroll-related data, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll inquiries and support issue tracking and follow-up.
- Contribute to payroll reporting, reconciliations, and controls to support operational accuracy and compliance.
- Help maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and local requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll processes, tools, and service delivery.
- Work with payroll systems and tools to enter, validate, and maintain relevant payroll information.
- Provide support for payroll-related projects and other assigned activities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced English level.
- Typically 1 year of relevant work experience in payroll for Mexico.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, controls, and related documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with payroll data and support operational activities in a dynamic environment.
Other Qualifications:
- Desirable knowledge of SAP HR Payroll (RP Nómina SAP) at the user level.
- Previous experience supporting payroll operations is preferred.
