Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
- Working with leadership to map out sales territories, set quotas, and design compensation plans that motivate the right behaviors.
- Tracking key sales metrics, reporting back to the executive team, and spotting trends that need attention.
- Building and maintaining the dashboards in CRM and BI tools that track essential KPIs like quota attainment, win rates, and pipeline health.
- Leading the Sales weekly meetings to follow up on action items, present performance indicators and establish clear actionable next steps.
- Preparing all prequalification packages for project biddings
- Build client relationships remotely, generating new leads and qualifying opportunities.
- Create marketing material to enable sales team such as company brochure, proven processes, company resumes, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Excellent English skills written and spoken
- Experience in sales
