Contract Operations Analyst

What the day will look like
Become part of the contract lifecycle for a portfolio of work as you draft, review and manage client contracts from start to finish. Serve as a point of contact for complex or high‑risk matters. Become a strategic partner to account executives and commercial client leaders. Collaborate regularly with internal partners across the world. Work with management teams to ensure contracts are detailed, follow policy and support our business goals. Advise on reporting, tooling and operational improvements that enhance how our operations team delivers for clients.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with legal, procurement, finance, risk management and data privacy teams. Coordinate efficient contract reviews, approvals and execution, especially for complex arrangements.

Our team members know how to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while aligning collaborators. Strong influencing skills, attention to detail and a focus on continuous operational improvement help our colleagues thrive in this role.
Proven track record of leading multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously and partnering effectively with collaborators at all levels, with high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Smartsheet in a business setting.
