Requirements:
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market.
- Talent in negotiations
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
- Communicate in English both written and spoken advanced level.
- Office and internet management.
- Experience: 2 years minimum in the purchasing department of the industry
Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to determine company’s product needs and to create constructive relationships with vendors.
- Project management: Manage multiple projects at one time. Ability to plan and evaluate progress toward goals.
- Negotiation: Negotiating vendor contracts, must understand price points and be able to negotiate effectively.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to solve the problem of a product or service that does not meet the quality standards of the company.
