Process Engineer
Design, implement, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes. Manage all dimensions of a process, including machinery, methods, measurement, manpower, materials, and environment. Apply and promote APS tools to drive continuous improvement in assigned processes.
Plan, implement, and validate engineering and process changes (AS7). Identify process needs and provide timely and effective solutions. Train and develop associates effectively (TR-017). Identify and resolve process issues while proactively seeking improvement opportunities. Contribute to improving the operational availability of manufacturing cells.
Responsible for the SQDCM performance of assigned cells, LMPUs (productivity), scrap reduction, MPS implementation, NCE management, and PPP% performance.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams. Adaptable to change, dynamic, and proactive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficient in English.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
