Quality Specialist (QPC)

YOUR TASKS

Be the quality champion for key products in series production.

Lead the resolution of customer complaints and restore satisfaction with smart, effective solutions.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions.

Keep our Quality Assurance Plans sharp and up to date (Control Plans, FMEA, etc.).

Monitor customer portals and supplier evaluations, ensuring data accuracy and proactive responses.

Analyze quality KPIs to uncover opportunities for product optimization.

Coordinate sorting and rework activities when needed.

Deliver training on quality tools and support internal/external audits.

Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality at every step.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience in quality assurance, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

Strong command of quality tools like FMEA, 8D, Control Plans, and problem-solving methodologies.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Familiarity with customer portals, supplier evaluations, and product development processes.

A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
