Job Summary
The Business Support Specialist provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the CEO by preparing reports, dashboards, and business analyses that support strategic decision-making. This role works cross-functionally, manages multiple priorities, and delivers accurate, timely information while supporting key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare administrative, financial, and operational reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs using Power BI.
- Analyze and organize data using Excel and SQL.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the CEO and leadership team.
- Support administrative and financial processes across the organization.
- Monitor business performance and prepare executive reports.
- Create presentations and summarize key business insights.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and operational tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
- Support strategic projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, financial, business support, or operations roles.
- Advanced English (written and verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience preparing executive reports and dashboards.
- ERP experience is a plus.
