The Call Agent serves as the primary point of contact between prospective patients in the United States and healthcare providers in Mexico. This role is responsible for guiding patients through the initial consultation process, providing accurate information about available medical treatments and services, coordinating travel and treatment logistics, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses outstanding communication and customer service skills. The Call Agent plays a vital role in building trust with patients while facilitating seamless communication between patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
