- Specifically responsible for Divisional Segment Purchasing of Plastics, in support of multiple Product Lines.
- Works within a purchasing team to create a purchasing strategy for a segment of goods.
- Supports Product Area Manager & Global Lead Buyer.
- Evaluates vendor quotes, services, and savings, to determine the most desirable suppliers.
- Works all aspects of vendor relationship management and lifecycle.
- Supports divisional workshops & Zero-Defect Strategy with Supplier Quality.
- Relates specifically to Raw Materials purchasing, new technology and manufacturing methods.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Standard Components, Raw Material Trends, Engineering, Quality, Negotiation
