Hiring: ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM Architect
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (Onsite)
Type: Contract
We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in:
✅ ServiceNow CMDB
✅ CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
✅ ITSM
✅ Discovery & Service Mapping
✅ CMDB Governance & Data Quality
✅ CMDB Integrations & Configuration Management
✅ ITIL Processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Must Have:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong CMDB Architecture & Governance background
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Enterprise Integrations
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM & Data Foundations (CMDB/CSDM) certifications are highly preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16,886.45 - $29,300.55 per month
Work Location: Remote
