We are seeking a talented Litigation Associate to join our growing litigation team and support high-value California Personal Injury matters through strategic legal research, advanced drafting, and case development.
This role is ideal for attorneys who are passionate about legal writing, intellectual analysis, and litigation strategy, and who are looking to develop their skills while working alongside experienced U.S. attorneys.

You will conduct sophisticated legal research, draft motions and pleadings, analyze evidence, and collaborate closely with senior attorneys throughout the litigation process.

What You'll Do
Legal Drafting & Motion Practice
- Draft motions, oppositions, pleadings, discovery responses, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Prepare persuasive legal arguments supported by applicable law and case-specific facts.
- Assist in drafting complaints, demand packages, and other case-related materials.
- Review and analyze medical records, evidence, and supporting documentation.
Legal Research & Case Strategy
- Conduct in-depth research of California statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Identify legal authorities and precedents that support litigation strategies.
- Analyze complex legal issues and provide recommendations to senior counsel.
- Assist in developing case theories and litigation strategies throughout the life of a case.
Litigation Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with Lead Counsel and litigation teams on active matters.
- Support case preparation for discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial.
- Participate in case reviews and strategic planning discussions.
- Ensure all work product meets high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding case status, legal processes, and upcoming milestones.
- Assist clients in understanding legal concepts and litigation procedures.
- Maintain responsive and client-focused communication throughout representation.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Attorney in Mexico with active Cédula Profesional.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, administrative, or related practice areas.
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with the ability to draft professional legal documents in English.
- Strong legal research capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting U.S. litigation matters.
- Experience drafting motions, legal memoranda, pleadings, or appellate briefs.
- Familiarity with California legal procedures and litigation practices.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records and evidence.
- Personal Injury litigation experience.
