Tasks
As a Jr. Consultant, you can expect to...
+Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and curriculum development.
+Perform administrative tasks and coordinate logistics for training sessions (e.g., scheduling, participant communication, and material preparation).
+Support in training concepts development, conduct research and compile information for training content development.
+Support on-site and e-learning content creation, including videos, presentations, and interactive modules and communicate with our different suppliers.
+Update and maintain training materials, learning management system (LMS) or digital training platforms.
+Help maintain organized records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.
+Analyze feedback and metrics from training sessions to suggest improvements.
+Collaborate with team members on new training initiatives.
Profile
For your start as a Jr. Consultant we expect…
+Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, Engineering, or related field.
+Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
+Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
+Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
+Early exposure to production environments is a strong plus.
+Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital collaboration platforms is a plus.
+Analytical mindset and ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
+Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
+Availability for a full-time job (40 hours per week).
