About the Role
As our Remote Cold Calling Supervisor, you’ll lead and develop our Acquisition Team while driving daily performance, accountability, and team culture.
You’ll work directly with cold callers, monitor KPIs, coach live calls, identify weaknesses quickly, and keep the team operating at a high level every day.
We are looking for someone with strong presence, leadership energy, and the ability to think fast in a high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations of the cold calling team
- Push the team to consistently hit KPIs and targets
- Maintain accountability and performance standards
- Keep energy high and create a competitive, growth-focused environment
- Step in quickly when performance drops or problems appear
Train & Coach
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training sessions
- Coach reps through objections, conversations, and call flow
- Listen to calls and provide direct, actionable feedback
- Develop team confidence, communication, and consistency
Analyze & Improve
- Track team metrics, reports, and individual performance
- Identify trends and solve problems fast
- Make smart decisions with limited information
- Help improve systems, scripts, and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing or coaching cold calling or sales teams
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- High energy and ability to motivate different personalities
- Fast thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable holding people accountable
- Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
- Fluent English (C1 preferred)
