Establishes and implements the global strategy of the site with the purpose of guaranteeing the proper application of the regulation of authorities and guidelines of the group; advises and provides support to the management committee for an adequate HSE vision for the business; promotes adherence to the HSE Policy and its 4 axes of commitment. Maintains the budgetary needs necessary to achieve the planned results as well as adequate management of resources, including human resources.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global status of HSE planning and strategy, as well as the HSE Management System.
Global status to environmental and occupational legal requirements.
Monitoring of HSE projects (KAIZEN, PDCAs, Operational Improvements, Risk Reduction, Legal Framework).
Global status Safran standards to meet the level required by the Corporate.
Deployment of policies, guidelines necessary for the HSE vision of the business.
HSE Training Program and Performance.
Health Strategies with HR.
HSE culture strategies adhered to the Corporate HSE plan.
Status of HSE indicators and action plans as required.
Definition of tactical plans and their monitoring
Financial Control and investment strategies.
Certifications and voluntary adhesions.
Climate Safran Strategy.
Change management (RFC, DMDs, others).
Investigation status (RPO, 8Ds, Characterizations, Event Reports, etc.).
Execute HSE Corporate Reporting and ensure the requested metrics.
Executes HSE Gemba Walk (OJTs, Inspections, verifications, audits, etc.)
Maintains a human talent strategy for the HSE area (development plans, DNC's, etc.)
Active participation in general meetings (QRQC's, Process Review, Thematics).
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
Strategic, operational and tactical planning.
Integrated Management Systems ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, ISO19110, ISO9001, Responsible Sourcing.
Legal requirements regarding local and international HSE.
Safran HSE standards and/or international HSE standards.
